Expect strong knowledge of automotive parts and the ability to coordinate deliveries and sourcing from multiple channels. Role requires 3+ years in automotive parts and solid selling skills; ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with past experience fulfilling customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams, including supervising daily tasks and achieving goals.
• High school diploma or GED; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Maintain commercial credit accounts.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
