Qualifications

• High quality workmanship is required for interior and exterior surfaces.
• Proficiency with painting tools such as rollers, spray guns, and brushes.
• Knowledge of paints, stains, varnishes, and sealants.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Good communication skills with team and customers.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand, climb, pull, and lift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow scope of work with preparation, application, and clean up.
• Provide safe working environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Manage timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to customer, subcontractors and co-workers.

Training Requirements

• OSHA 10 & 30 Training is a plus, may be required within 6 months with training provided.
• Additional Safety certifications may be required with training provided.
