Qualifications

• Ability to perform light sanding, caulking and finishing work.
• Experience with airless spray systems and brush/roller techniques.
• Punctual, safety-conscious, with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure walls are properly prepped prior to paint application.
• Repair minor cracks and drywall damage.
• Caulking required areas to produce a quality finish.
• Manage and maintain all required equipment for the job.
• Brush and roll, back-roll, vinyl wall hanging and touch-ups as needed.
• Keep supervisor informed of progress and report job-related issues.
• Ensure all equipment and materials are used safely and effectively.
