Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial painting (exterior and interior)
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation: priming, sanding, sealing, patching with various finishes
• Color matching and product verification per job files
• Apply coatings to new, existing, and remodeled buildings with precision
• Represent the company professionally at client sites
• Interpret blueprints and scope specifications for accurate work
• Complete required reports accurately and timely
• Understand and perform field change orders and submittals
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles; keep work area safe and clean
• Extensive knowledge of painting materials and application methods
