Responsibilities
  • Prepare, maintain, and clean worksites to meet safety and quality standards
  • Perform commercial and industrial painting, coatings, and surface preparation
  • Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
  • Operate hand tools and equipment safely
  • Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and jobsite rules
  • Work with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct on job sites
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of painting experience required
  • Commercial or industrial painting experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to perform essential job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and working in varying weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
