Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 8 years of market-facing experience; underwriting preferred.
• 3 years managing direct business relations with agency ownership or leadership.
• Proven ability to identify long-term opportunities and align agency efforts with goals.
• Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and motivation of teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee agency partnerships to drive profitable growth and customer service.
• Manage agency financial performance, goals, and submission activity.
• Build and execute agency business plans.
• Act as primary contact and advocate within Amerisure for agencies.
• Collaborate with distribution to monitor commissions and growth opportunities.
• Identify, activate, and maintain agency relationships and new opportunities.
• Serve as escalation point for agency issues and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Inform strategic decisions using market insights and opportunities.
