What You’ll Do:

• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and other issues that may affect performance or safety.
• Mount, balance, and torque new tires using specialized tools and equipment.
• Provide expert tire service both in-shop and onsite via company service truck.
• Communicate clearly with customers to diagnose concerns, provide service recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Prioritize and complete work efficiently to meet deadlines and service expectations.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a tire technician is a plus but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to lift and maneuver heavy tires and equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
