HF Sinclair is seeking a Commercial Origination Manager, Crude Oil in Dallas, TX who will focus on partnering with internal and external customers/suppliers to develop, negotiate, and execute commercial strategies and agreements under the Commercial Refining organization. This position manages the advanced and complex analysis needed to develop, evaluate, and formulate growth strategies related to the supply, trading, and transportation of Crude Oil. Key to this role is understanding customer needs, identifying new customers, working closely with internal stakeholders, and developing business strategies.
Job DutiesSpecial assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.
ExperienceA minimum of 10 years of on-the-job industry-related work experience is required.
Education LevelA minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a technical related field is required.
Preferred Education
MBA or graduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a technical related field is preferred.
Required SkillsPreferred Skill
Industry specialization. Experience in Marketing, Research, Energy, and developing customer presentations.
Supervisory/Managerial ResponsibilityMay supervise one or more employees.
Work ConditionsOffice-based with up to 40% travel by land and air required. Petroleum refinery, warehouse/plant environment including but not limited to chemicals, pressure vessels, tank, rotating equipment. Subject to all temperatures, varying weather, and road conditions.
