The Role
The Associate Director, Commercial Operations, will support Moderna’s North America Commercial Operations. This role is an exciting opportunity to be a critical part of a high-growth organization that is transforming the biotech industry. Responsibilities include supporting the launch and ongoing management of Commercial Operations for the US Market, including orders to cash processes, and assisting US Account Management teams with operational aspects of customer relationships.
Additional responsibilities involve project activities related to sales-driven business development, customer service, and deploying a top-tier customer experience. The role collaborates with internal teams to support Moderna’s end-to-end customer experience, including customer-facing platforms, support teams, and eCommerce integrations, as well as operational functions for the vaccine portfolio.
