Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a full-time DOT Delivery Driver to safely operate a delivery truck and transport tires to accounts.

You will ensure loads are stacked, padded, and secured, comply with traffic laws, maintain a good driving record, and deliver superior customer service as part of the Team Mavis.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record meeting Mavis's Driving Record Standards.
• Have experience driving and operating a straight truck.
• Able to regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery truck and deliver tires to accounts.
• Ensure loads are stacked, padded, and properly secured.
• Drive in accordance with all traffic laws and maintain a good driving record.
• Provide superior customer service as part of the delivery team.

Skills

Valid driver's license

About the Position of Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver

As a Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver for Mavis, you will be responsible for the safe operation of a delivery truck. In addition, our Commercial Motor Vehicle Drivers must ensure all delivery loads are stacked, padded, and properly secured. By safely operating your delivery truck in accordance with all traffic laws and maintaining a good driving record, you will be part of a delivery team that provides superior customer service.
