This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed caseload of Commercial Motor and Motor Trade claims (from cradle to grave), typically comprising Accidental Damage and Third Party Damage losses.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and provide quality interactions with stakeholders, clients and customers to the high standards required by the business.
• Work within a 100% home-based environment, maintaining high levels of motivation, initiative and self-discipline (with support from the team).

Requirements

• Essential: 3+ years’ experience within Motor Claims Handling, with strong experience in handling Commercial Motor losses.
• We will consider Motor Claims Handlers who currently deal with both personal and commercial Motor claims; however, the focus for this role is Commercial Motor. Ideally from an insurer, MGA or loss adjusting environment, with experience of claims through to full settlement.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and to maintain excellent client service, communication and rapport-building skills; comfortable handling difficult conversations with empathy.
