Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience maintaining equipment and systems in commercial buildings.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work overtime when necessary.
• Must possess a Universal CFC certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform building and systems inspections.
• Complete routine maintenance and repairs.
• Manage Building Management System as directed.
