Integrity Property Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Commercial Handyman / Building Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance, repair, preventative maintenance, and property support services at commercial properties in the San Diego area.

This part-time role requires hands-on skills, attention to ADA accessibility, and the ability to identify hazards, document findings, and communicate with property managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial handyman or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Know-how of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry.
• Ability to identify safety concerns and ADA considerations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance & Repairs: drywall, painting, plumbing fixtures, lighting, doors and hardware.
• Inspect properties for safety hazards and document concerns with photos when appropriate.
• Coordinate with management and vendors for specialized repairs and ADA considerations.
• Assist with tenant turnovers and property improvements as needed.
