R&R Realty Group is seeking a skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician to perform and coordinate a wide range of commercial property maintenance and building operations tasks. If you're a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do – Commercial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, professional maintenance services to commercial tenants and ensure facilities operate efficiently.

• Represent and uphold R&R Realty Group’s core values across all tasks and customer interactions.

• Perform general building maintenance, including inspections, repairs, and upkeep of:

  • Tenant suites

  • Common areas

  • Roofs and mechanical rooms

  • Grounds, parking lots, fountains, and ponds

  • Vacant spaces and building exteriors

• Complete and submit service documentation within 24 hours, including follow-up plans for ongoing tasks.

• Lead and manage vendor relationships and external maintenance projects.

• Travel between assigned commercial properties and locations as directed by supervisors.

• Provide on-call building coverage during weekends and after-hours as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications – What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1–3 years of experience in commercial property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
