We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented maintenance professional to help maintain our commercial property to a high standard. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can identify and address maintenance needs proactively, and works well independently.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general property upkeep
• Maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented commercial spaces
• Identifying maintenance needs and addressing issues in a timely manner
• Coordinating with management and outside vendors as needed
• Managing tasks independently and maintaining a high standard of workmanship

Tenant Liaison Responsibilities:

• Serving as a professional and responsive point of contact for tenants
• Building positive relationships and helping ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction
• Communicating maintenance needs, updates, and property-related information clearly and professionally
• Responding to tenant concerns with courtesy, professionalism, and discretion
• Maintaining strong communication between tenants, management, and service providers

Qualifications:
