We are looking for a skilled and reliable Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the functionality, appearance, and safety of the commercial properties we manage.

Key Responsibilities

Work Order Management & Tenant Communication:

• Complete assigned work orders generated from tenant requests
• Communicate with tenants in a timely, professional manner regarding the status of work orders
• Schedule work orders with tenants as needed and follow up to confirm completion and satisfaction
  
  

Routine Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform general maintenance, minor repairs, and upkeep of commercial facilities
• Ensure all repairs and services are completed on schedule
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
  
  

After-Hours Rotation & Reporting

• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
• Accurately complete daily documentation
  
  

Other Duties As Assigned

• Support special maintenance projects or emergency tasks as needed
• Represent SVN Core 3 with professionalism while on-site and interacting with clients and vendors
  
  

Required

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician (commercial experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Valid driver’s license (Required)

• Experience with appliance or HVAC repair
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort using mobile devices and work order software
