A leading company in the sheet metal fabrication industry is seeking a Commercial Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic in Denver, CO. The position requires expertise in machinery repair and maintenance, with responsibilities in troubleshooting and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Candidates should have extensive experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on pneumatic and hydraulic systems. The Commercial Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of complex equipment and machinery in a commercial sheet metal fabrication facility or in a steel processing center. $31.00-$38.00 per hour. 6 am-2:30 pm M-F.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and write routine job reports/job orders with attention to detail. Ability to understand job instructions and to follow subject-specific technical directions. Ability to communicate electronically with basic understanding of computers & programs.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Attention to detail is a requirement.
REASONING ABILITY:Ability to interpret, understand, and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
ATTENDANCE DEMANDS:Attendance is required Monday through Friday within normal business hours as established by the supervisor. Employee may have the opportunity to work overtime.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is occasionally required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Employee must be able to communicate readily and to talk and hear.
