Job summary

Colonial Pipeline Company is seeking a Commercial and Logistics Representative to schedule product purchases and sales across multiple transportation modes. The role involves inventory management, coordination with internal teams, and monitoring KPI dashboards to optimize financial results.

You will collaborate with trading leadership, analyze opportunities, and develop data-driven insights while ensuring compliance with policy limits. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort handling physical and financial commodities data.
• Experience managing, analyzing, and preparing data to support development and execution of commercial activity.
• Experience with pipeline, terminal, truck, rail, and/or marine logistics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule product purchase and sale commitments across transportation modes and geographies.
• Manage inventory for all products and locations in line with the sales and operations plan.
• Coordinate with Colonial Pipeline personnel to maximize CPM financial results.
• Communicate production changes and inventory impacts to adjust purchases and sales for optimal outcomes.
• Record scheduling activity in third-party systems and KPI dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure CPM operates within policy limits.
• Collaborate with the Manager to execute scheduling and KPIs.
