Rogue Credit Union in southern Oregon seeks a Commercial Loan Specialist I, II or Senior to oversee loan transactions from approval to closing. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellent member service while supporting Relationship Managers and Credit Analysts.

The role requires up to three years of commercial lending experience, strong document preparation skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel. This on-site position offers a non-exempt schedule within our Business Services department.

Qualifications

• Experience: up to three years in commercial and real estate document prep.
• Knowledge of servicing commercial loans including risk rating, monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong computer/keyboard skills; proficient with Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Process routine commercial loan requests; prepare documentation and coordinate closing.
• Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance; support post-closing activities.
• Provide professional service to members and third-party vendors; maintain loan status updates.
• Perform quality control reviews of loan data and documents for policy compliance.
• Support loan servicing and business accounts by handling requests and tickets.
