Job summary

Calculated Hire is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative II in San Antonio, TX, on a hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 remote schedule. The 12-month contract role focuses on post-close servicing and collateral documentation, ensuring lien perfection and compliance with SLAs.

You will manage a high-volume pipeline, collaborate with Relationship Managers and Legal teams, and perform reviews across various collateral types to mitigate risk while maintaining quality and production standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Loan Servicing or related operations.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions under SLAs.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency navigating multiple systems and applications.
• Detail-oriented with collateral documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-closing servicing activities for commercial loan transactions.
• Review documentation to ensure lien perfection and collateral positioning.
• Complete perfection reviews on various collateral types.
• Support UCC filings, continuations, amendments, and related servicing activities.
• Research documentation exceptions and resolve collateral-related issues.
• Manage a high-volume production pipeline while meeting SLAs.
• Navigate servicing platforms and update transaction statuses; coordinate with internal partners.
