Job summary

Eastern Bank is seeking a Loan Production Specialist II to support end-to-end commercial loan production, from due diligence to post-closing administration. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficient workflows across documentation and funding processes.

Responsibilities include due diligence, QA testing, and handling complex Participation and Syndication originations. Strong knowledge of LaserPro and core banking systems is preferred, with a focus on regulatory adherence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• 2-8+ years in loan production, commercial lending, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation and funding procedures.
• Familiarity with nCino, LaserPro, and core banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence for business and commercial loan requests.
• Handle testing and QA for manual rate changes, insurance administration and Participation flows.
• Track, monitor, and escrow exceptions in commercial loan programs.
• Assist with projects, audits, and research related to Commercial loans.
• Perform document QA prior to loan boarding.
• Support complex Participation and Syndication loan originations.
