Job summary

TruStone Financial Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor to support loan officers, analysts and servicers in moving commercial loan requests from start to finish. This role ensures post-close processing, warehousing of files, and may assist with opening business depository accounts, while delivering strong customer service.

At our Plymouth Corporate Office, you will work 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of related experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Experience with credit or business lending preferred.
• Proficient PC skills: MS Office, Internet, and e-mail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
• Able to thrive in a complex, rapidly changing environment.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Compliance with SAFE Act policy including fingerprinting and FBI background check.
• Compliance with Bank Secrecy Act.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug tests and background checks.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Work with Commercial Loan Officers, Credit Analysts, and Servicers to manage loan requests end-to-end.
• Post-close process: receipt of recorded documents and warehousing of loan file.
• Assist in opening business depository accounts.
• Provide support with various commercial lending tasks while delivering high-quality service.
