In this role you will manage the end-to-end loan process from application through servicing, ensuring compliance with credit conditions and regulatory requirements while maintaining organized loan files and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial loan administration or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending practices and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with loan documentation and processing systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; experience may substitute for degree.
• Knowledge of federal and state lending regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review all loan documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage end-to-end loan processing from application to disbursement.
• Ensure all loan packages meet credit conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers.
• Maintain organized loan files with all documentation.
• Generate and maintain statistical reports for regulatory and internal purposes.
• Collaborate with underwriters and relationship managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in portfolio management and monitor loan performance.
