Overview

Commercial Lender We’re looking for a Commercial Lender to join our growing team. Our success is built on strong, lasting relationships with our customers, and we’re committed to providing solutions that truly meet their business needs.

In this role, you’ll partner with business clients to understand their operations, identify lending opportunities, and deliver financial solutions. You’ll manage existing relationships while also developing new business through networking and outreach.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing service and financial guidance.

  • Solicit, negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of commercial loans in compliance with bank policies.

  • Call on existing and prospective clients to expand relationships and cross-sell bank services.

  • Work both in-office and off-site with clients, ensuring a balance of relationship management and business development.

  • Meet production goals while delivering solutions that align with client needs.

Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in commercial lending.

  • Current experience in the local market.

  • Proven ability to generate new business and meet/exceed production goals.

  • Strong skills in underwriting, loan processing, and closing procedures.

  • Ability to deepen client relationships and cross-sell financial products.
