Job summary

Alerus in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist to ensure complete and accurate loan documentation within LaserPro, aligned to loan approvals. You will partner with Lending Specialists, Loan Servicing, and the credit team to deliver a superior client experience.

Responsibilities include preparing documents, ensuring accuracy within SLAs, reviewing CLD applications, and handling time-sensitive requests while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and a client-focused

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in the financial industry.
• Experience preparing loan documents in LaserPro, strongly preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks through effective time management and organizational skills.
• High level of commitment to accuracy and detail.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to manage high volume, time sensitive transactions and situations.
• Self-motivated, with ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Actively pursue continuing education, reading, and self-development to enhance skills.
• Complete regulation, compliance and additional training as assigned.
• Maintain client focus and partner internally with other teams to deliver superior client experience.

About The Role

The Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for the fulfillment of commercial loan documents. This position will have knowledge of regulatory requirements and perform the due diligence needed to ensure complete and accurate documentation. This position will maintain a client focus and will partner with Lending Specialists, Loan Servicing, and other credit team members to deliver a superior client experience.

What You Should Have

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is typically performed in an office setting. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to move about the office utilizing proper ergonomic safeguards when doing so. Additionally, the employee must occasionally lift or move supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.

Base Pay Range

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
