Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in residential and commercial loan documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate loan documentation for commercial loans and select appropriate forms.
• Order and manage title searches, flood certifications, and credit reports.
• Analyze loan applications for completeness and determine processing actions.
• Prepare Regulation Z disclosures and other required forms.
• Maintain logs for letters of credit and modifications; manage origination and expiration dates.
