Job summary

Heitmeyer Consulting is seeking a Commercial Loan Analyst to support a proof-of-concept initiative focused on automating commercial lending processes. You will initially perform key loan documentation and review activities manually to validate how the process should work, identify bottlenecks, and determine which activities can be effectively automated.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial loan packages and verify information, signatures, terms, and documents.
• Review loan documentation and accurately identify key terms, including rate, structure, collateral, and other critical loan attributes.
• Help determine the root cause of loan processing delays, such as missing documentation, signatures, or incomplete information.
• Translate manual loan review activities into recommendations for potential process automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Work closely with technology and business teams to test and validate automation concepts and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the commercial lending process based on hands-on experience and subject matter expertise.
