Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
• 3+ years of paralegal experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience in both California state and federal courts.
• Strong discovery management, document production, and trial preparation experience.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters independently and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent research, drafting, organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to collaborate with attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of commercial litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, arbitration, and trial.
• Prepare, organize, and file pleadings in CA state and federal courts, including PACER/ECF.
• Manage case files, deadlines, calendars, and workflows to progress matters efficiently.
• Assist with drafting and finalizing pleadings, discovery, briefs, and exhibits.
• Coordinate document collections, reviews, productions, and case-tracking tools.
• Support deposition, hearing, arbitration, and trial preparation, including exhibits and logistics.
