Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required.
• 3+ years of paralegal experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience supporting litigation in CA state and federal courts.
• Strong discovery management and trial prep skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters independently.

Responsabilités

• Support attorneys through all phases of commercial litigation, including discovery and trial.
• Prepare and file pleadings in CA state and federal courts (PACER/ECF).
• Manage case files, calendars, and workflows.
• Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, discovery, briefs, and exhibits.
• Coordinate document collections and productions, maintain case tracking tools.
• Assist with deposition, hearing, arbitration, and trial preparation.
