Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant.
• Proficient in Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to litigation attorneys.
• Draft and proofread legal correspondence.
• Manage and organize case files using case management software.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions and meetings.
• Assist with trial preparation including organizing exhibits.
