Commercial Litigation / Insurance Defense Attorney – Partner or Senior Associate Level
Location: Center City Philadelphia (Onsite to Start, Hybrid Flexibility Later)

A highly respected and established Philadelphia-based litigation law firm is seeking a partner-level or senior associate attorney with a strong background in commercial litigation and insurance defense to join its growing team. With over five decades of success and a strong presence in the Philadelphia legal community, the firm is known for its excellence in handling complex, high-stakes matters for business clients.

We are especially interested in candidates who bring a portable book of business and are looking for a long-term platform to support and grow their practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a variety of commercial litigation and professional liability/malpractice cases

Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation

Maintain and develop client relationships

Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators and contribute to a high-performance culture

Qualifications:

5+ years of litigation experience (professional liability/malpractice and/or complex commercial litigation)

PA bar admission required; NJ and/or FL bar admission a plus

Proven ability to independently manage litigation caseloads

Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Portable book of business strongly preferred

Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience and business contribution
