Incendia Partners is seeking a Commercial Litigation & General Liability Attorney in Arizona. The role supports defense on high-visibility matters for regional and national clients with a national platform. Opportunity for on-site or remote work, with in-office appearances as needed.

You will defend clients, manage cases through pleadings to resolution, and participate in motions, discovery, and mediation. AZ bar in good standing or ability to obtain is required; 1+ year of relevant experience

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in commercial litigation and/or general liability defense.
• Active Arizona bar license in good standing (or ability to obtain).
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Experience with discovery and motion practice.

Defense-Side | On-Site or Remote | $100K–$275K + Bonus
A nationally recognized AM 100 law firm with a strong coast-to-coast platform is expanding its Commercial Litigation and General Liability practice and is actively seeking attorneys to join its defense team in Arizona.
This is a high-visibility opportunity to work on sophisticated matters for regional and national clients, offering real responsibility, flexibility, and long-term growth potential.

Location

Phoenix, or Tucson, AZ (remote flexibility available with occasional in-office appearances)

Compensation & Hours

• Base Salary: $100,000 – $275,000 (DOE)
• Bonus eligible
• Annual Hours Expectation: Approximately 1,900

What They’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in commercial litigation and/or general liability defense
• Active Arizona bar license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Experience with discovery and motion practice
• Deposition experience is a plus but not required
