Qualifications

• Significant commercial litigation experience with ability to run cases end-to-end.
• Partial portable book of business (~$200K target).
• Experience supervising associates and managing complex case strategy.
• Strong writing and argument skills (motions practice, discovery disputes, dispositive briefing).
• Courtroom or arbitration experience strongly preferred.
• Licensed in VA and/or MD; DC is a plus.
