About the Position:
Our client, a premier Chicago boutique led by a former Big Law partner, is actively seeking a commercial litigator (10+ years) to join as a Senior Counsel or Partner (depending on level of experience). Responsibilities:
· Take the lead on all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial discovery through trial
· Draft substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs, take and defend depositions, and appear in court

Required Qualifications:
· 10 or more years of complex commercial litigation experience
. Desire for a busy and sophisticated boutique litigation practice
. Clerkship experience a plus
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
Mid-$100k to $250k+ range, depending on experience and practice.
