CONFIDENTIAL | COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Manhattan Beach, CA | Fully Remote Option

I'm working with a highly respected boutique litigation firm that is looking to add a talented Commercial Litigation Attorney to its growing team.

This is not your typical commercial litigation practice. The firm handles a diverse mix of sophisticated matters for some seriously recognizable clients, including major technology, entertainment, consumer, transportation and professional sports organizations.

The Practice

• Complex commercial litigation with a diverse mix of cases and clients
• State and federal court matters
• Arbitrations and occasional trials
• Significant motion practice, discovery, depositions and case strategy
• California Proposition 65 regulatory litigation/compliance - a unique niche within the practice
• Approximately 10-25% entertainment-related work, depending on demand, with significant growth expected in this area
• Opportunity to work directly with sophisticated clients and take meaningful ownership of matters

Who They're Looking For

• 3-7 years of litigation experience preferred
• Top 30 law school and/or Big Law experience strongly preferred
• Strong background in complex commercial litigation
• Excellent writing, research and analytical skills
• Someone who can independently manage substantive litigation work
• Not looking for someone who is still very green - this team needs an attorney who can jump in and contribute
• Must be admitted in California
