BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Attorney in Boca Raton, FL with 4-6 years of experience in commercial litigation to join their team. The role includes probate and trust disputes, contract drafting, and estate planning, with opportunities for leadership and mentoring.

The ideal candidate will be licensed in Florida, have strong writing and negotiation skills, and be capable of managing client relationships while contributing to firm growth. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Florida license to practice law.
• 4+ years of experience in litigation and transactional work.
• Trial or heavy motion practice experience.
• Knowledge of estate planning and contract law.
• Excellent writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in high-stakes business and probate litigation.
