We are seeking an attorney licensed in Illinois with at least one year of civil litigation experience and either demonstrated experience in or a strong interest in commercial litigation – and expansion into other areas of practice, in firm additionally oriented toward probate (including guardianship) and family law. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting legal research; drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; developing case strategies; managing discovery, including depositions and written discovery; and preparing client reports.

This is can be a hybrid, or in-office position at the attorney's option, with regular court appearances in DuPage, Cook, and surrounding counties.
