Job summary

Qualifications

• Illinois licensed attorney with 3+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience in at least one additional area (family law, civil litigation, probate/guardianship or criminal defense) is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload focused on commercial litigation.
• Potentially support or handle additional matters in civil litigation, family law, probate or criminal defense depending on experience.
• Attend court in DuPage, Cook, and surrounding counties.
• Work closely with in-office staff and attorneys.
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support.
