Highly rated business and fiduciary services law firm based in Florida is looking for a capable and committed commercial litigation attorney.If you are a proactive “doer” with the desire to learn and are ready to take a significant step forward in your legal career then this is the opportunity for you.Ideal candidates must have the experience to handle cases with minimal oversight, they must be able to think strategically about their cases and be prepared to be the primary point of contact with clients.

This is a full-time, on-site position at the firm’s Orlando, Florida office.However, the firms technology and systems enable their attorneys to work seamlessly from anywhere and they support flexibility. Attorneys are encouraged to have a work-life balance but at work must be responsive, efficient, possess excellent research and writing abilities, clear and transparent communication skills, and always focused on the best possible outcome for their clients.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years handling commercial litigation
• Must have a Florida Bar Membership in good standing
• Must be highly self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be responsive to clients when they call or email
• Must be timely in reporting to clients the progress of their cases
• Must accurately, timely, and ethically record all time for billing
• Must work to better the firm and work environment
• Must be technologically confident, comfortable using case management systems, and effectively utilize available technology, knowledge of Caret/ZolaSuite a plus
