Unknown Law Firm in Florida seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Commercial Litigation practice. The ideal candidate has approximately five years of substantive litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and can independently manage significant portions of commercial disputes.

The role offers opportunities to work directly with clients, take on meaningful responsibility, and develop litigation skills alongside seasoned attorneys.

Competenze

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• Approximately 4–7 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in commercial/business litigation.
• Experience drafting substantive motions, managing discovery, and conducting depositions.
• Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
• Competitive base salary of $125,000–$175,000, depending on experience.

• Handle a variety of commercial and business litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, partnership disputes, and other complex civil litigation.
• Manage cases through pleadings, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.

We are working with an established law firm in Boca Raton, Florida, seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation practice.

The ideal candidate will have approximately five years of substantive litigation experience, strong legal research and writing skills, and the ability to independently manage significant aspects of commercial and business litigation matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take on meaningful responsibility, work directly with clients, and continue developing their litigation skills while working alongside experienced attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of commercial and business litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, partnership disputes, and other complex civil litigation
• Manage cases through various stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Draft and respond to pleadings, substantive motions, discovery requests, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Perform legal research and develop litigation strategies tailored to each client's objectives
• Work directly with clients to provide case updates, assess legal risks, and recommend appropriate courses of action
• Collaborate with partners, associates, paralegals, and support staff to ensure matters are handled efficiently and effectively
• Assist with trial preparation, including witness coordination, exhibit preparation, and development of case strategy
• Maintain responsibility for deadlines, case organization, and overall progression of assigned matters

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar
• Approximately 4–7 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with a focus on commercial or business litigation
• Experience drafting substantive motions, managing discovery, and conducting depositions
• Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize deadlines, and work independently
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
• Experience appearing in court and participating in mediations or settlement negotiations preferred
• Trial preparation or trial experience is a plus but not required
• Competitive base salary of $125,000–$175,000, depending on experience
