Responsibilities

• Prepare and sign pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents in accordance with Rule 11 obligations.
• Argue contested, dispositive, and discovery motions.
• Conduct witness interviews and gather client materials.
• Conduct research and draft appropriate legal memoranda.
• Assist with trials, arbitrations, and other evidentiary hearings as needed.
• Respond to clients in a timely, forthright, and professional manner.
• Coordinate and collaborate with litigation attorneys, legal assistants, and assigned staff.
