We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Litigation Associate with at least 10 years of experience to join our growing Dallas office. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated litigator who not only excels in high-stakes commercial disputes but also demonstrates an aptitude for business development and client relationship management. The firm has earned national recognition, including Tier 1 rankings for Commercial Litigation and Litigation – Banking and Finance by Best Law Firms in 2024.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal
• Advise clients across various industries on litigation strategy, risk management, and dispute resolution
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators while mentoring junior associates
• Cultivate and expand client relationships through networking, business development, and thought leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in Texas
• Experience in commercial litigation, including trial experience
• Proven track record of business generation or a strong interest and ability to build a book of business
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong presence and desire to be in-office most of the time (hybrid 3/2 schedule available)
