The firm advises a diverse client base in litigation, bankruptcy, business, land use and real estate, and is known for a culture built on respect, collegiality and genuine care for its people and clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with multiple partners and manage responsibilities across different cases
• Draft pleadings, motions and briefs
• Prepare and respond to discovery, including admissions, disclosures, interrogatories and depositions
• Attend and manage hearings, mediations, settlement conferences and court proceedings
• Advise clients and work closely with managing attorneys on client concerns
• Research and analyze case law, statutes, regulations and documents affecting clients
