Job Details

• JD or similar plus
• 3+ Years of Business Litigation experience
• Experience with Business disputes, IP, bankruptcy, partnership, shareholder, or trade secret litigation
• Experience with employment (wage & hour, harassment, discrimination), product liability, or lemon law litigation is a plus
• Transactional experience is a plus
• Active and in good standing with the Bar in California

A day in the life

• Discovery, research, and document review
• Hybrid, 4 days a week in a beautiful office, 5 minutes from the airport and across from a world class fitness facility
• Drafting motions, depositions, interviewing witness
