Qualifications

• Admission to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• 1-4 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Ability to support all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial/mediation/arbitration preparation.
• Toxic tort and/or mass tort litigation experience.

Responsibilities
