• Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.
• Manage all phases of discovery, including document review and depositions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution matters.
• Work with property owners and developers on commercial real estate disputes.
• Develop case strategy and manage matters efficiently with high client service.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on complex matters.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide practice, business-minded legal advice.

• Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents
• Manage all phases of discovery, including document review, depositions, and discovery disputes
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution matters
• Work closely with property owners and real estate developers on commercial real estate disputes
• Develop case strategy and manage matters efficiently while maintaining a high level of client service
• Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals across the firm on complex matters
• Communicate directly with clients and provide practice, business-minded legal advice

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in PA
• 5-10 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong experience handling matters through multiple stages of litigation including discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
• Real estate litigation or experience representing property owners, developers, or other real estate-focused clients
