Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is assisting a law firm in Hamilton, NJ to hire a Commercial Litigation Associate. The role requires self-direction, detail-oriented work, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will manage all phases of commercial, real estate, and creditors' rights litigation, draft pleadings, take depositions, and handle oral motion hearings, with involvement in lease disputes and bankruptcy matters.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in commercial real estate and/or creditors' rights litigation.
• Trial experience with two cases to conclusion.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar; New Jersey and New York admissions are a plus.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial, real estate, and creditors' rights litigation.
• Draft pleadings and conduct written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Handle oral motion hearings.
• Engage in real estate lease disputes, equipment lease disputes, and bankruptcy litigation.
