Responsibilities

• Conduct reliable and accurate research.
• Prepare strong written advocacy with minimal errors.
• Draft discovery motions, other motions, and pleadings.
• Prepare written discovery requests and responses.
• Handle all components of electronic discovery (production and review).
• Try cases as second chair.
