Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, pleadings, and memoranda.
• Manage written discovery, including drafting requests, responses, and objections.
• Develop litigation strategies and contribute to practical solutions for complex matters.
• Assist with depositions, witness preparation, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Prepare and review court filings in state and federal courts.
• Draft client correspondence, legal opinions, and case summaries.
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and clients to deliver exceptional service.
