About the Company - Our client is a top global law firm. They seek a highly motivated mid-level associate/Counsel to join their dynamic and sophisticated USA Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.

About the Role - As a critical team member, you will be responsible for managing complex commercial disputes, conducting legal research, drafting briefs and pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and supporting the team on business development matters.

Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation
  • Currently working in an AmCham 100 law firm
  • Strong commercial litigation skills, such as writing major briefs, acting as the case management lead, and taking depositions
  • Superior organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Dedication, strong work ethic, and exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Possession of a law degree and be licensed to practice in the State they would like to reside in
